Fudgie, the max fare deducted is localised to your bus
itself.
What is missing is your transfer rebate alas distance fare
benefit as far as I could remember.
But yah, not right for card reader system to be switched
off.
That was the only public transport I took that day.
So there was no transfer rebate, because there was no
transfer.
In other words, I got hit with the maximum fare, plain and
simple.
And now SBST is telling me to go get the refund from
Transitlink. The way I see it, they're intentionally making the
refund system difficult so that people would just give up and
forget about making refunds.
